probation hearing, drug poss. Sentence 2yr. 3yr.; suspended; failure to appear

Can my sentence be lowered as of time?  I read another case for same charge got 6 mon. weekend time county total.

Every case is different, every situation is different.  The same charge doesn't indicate your sentence can be the same, because not every situation is the same.   Further, you do not necessarily know the criminal history of the other case's defendant. 

The best course of action would be at least to get a consultation with a criminal defense attorney if you do not have a public defender assigned to your case.  Try www.attorneypages.com, the public defender's office, the state bar.
