How does payout with PIP work?
If I file on my insurance for PIP and submit medical bills how can I make sure the check will be put in my name? And if I file PIP insurance on at-fault driver’s insurance will the check also come in my name?

PIP provides payment of all reasonable expenses that arise from an accident for: A) necessary medical care, B) lost income for a wage earner, and C) reimbursement for reasonable expenses for essential services ordinarily performed by the injured person. If you paid for the services then you should be reimbursed for the services. So to insure that the checks come in your name you would need to submit proof that you in fact paid for the services. If they are medical bills submit the receipt for payment or cancelled checks. Just double check on the amount of the coverage either you or the other vehicle has. Good luck to you.
