What to do if there is an action pending in court and it’s been 3 weeks from the initial appearance but the judge hasn’t summited paperwork for a court appointed attorney?

There is an omnibus hearing in 3 business days. Does this violate right to counsel and can I file motion to dismiss?

There is no basis for a Motion to dismiss.  there may be a basis for a continuance of the omnibus hearing, however.
