Im a perminant resident since 09 if I am out of
the United States for more than 6 months can I
be denied entry back to the United States?

It is possible but not unlikely. i would suggest that you have documentation with you as to why you were outside the US 6 months. Prolonged absences can disrupt the permanent residence status.
