Parents Naturalization

I am currently a 19 years old college students. I received my citizenship through
tests and naturalization process. My parents and sister are legal, permanent
residents with 10 years green cards. How can I get my parents citizenship
without having them go through the testing?

If they want to be naturalized as US citizens, they will need to pass the citizenship test.  It is really very basic for anyone to pass.  You only need to pass which is the equivalent of about 60%.  If they have been in the US for at least 10 years with a green card, they should be able to pass with sufficient preparation.
