Paid time off

I work in sales and I am only guaranteed $300 a week. They have used that basis for my PTO and even though I’m on pace to make more than $80,000 this year I only get 60 a day for PTO. Is that legal or do they have to meet a minimum wage requirement for PTO?

There is no "minimum wage requirement" for paid time off (PTO). There is no requirment for PTO at all--an employer does not have to provie any. Whatever PTO they give you is voluntary, and if they choose to provide PTO, they can give employees any amount they like.
