Good question. Whether or not you can sell the address and close date of a home that you obtained information about from the MLS subscription that you have depends upon the wording of the subscription agreement that you have. As such, you need to carefully read it. If it is silent as to what you want to do regarding your question, then there should be nothing wrong with you selling the information you are writing about to a third person.
