Our employer is forcing us to take 30 minute lunch. Is this legal?

In OR, the majority of employees must receive meal periods (and rest breaks), except for those employees specifically exempted such as certain government workers and "exempt" workers (i.e. those not covered under minimum wage and overtime laws. The meak break must provide employees with at least a 30-minute unpaid meal period when the work period is 6 hours or longer. And employees must actually take all required breaks; they cannot be deducted from the beginning or end of the work period.
