Not sure if I will qualify for disability have been having a reaccuring MERSA infection on my feet am a nurse and not able to work at this time

I have been hospitalized 2 times in the last year. I have no short term disability and have used up all PTO can not wear shoes for any lenght of time. I also have a congenital heart defect and asthma have always tired eally but figured I would work as long as I can I am an LPN and on my feet for 12 hours but it is becoming harder

It sounds to me as if you might well be unable to perform any gainful activity, which is the standard for disability.  Your doctors would have to certify to this, but it certainly sounds worth looking into.
