Can the landlord post notices on the office door of changes such as where to park and not notify the tenants by mail or on our apt. doors?

I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area. Landlords are permitted to place notices up to their tenants regarding these changes that do not conflict with the terms of the lease. Notices of these kind do not appear in the lease and the landlord reserves the right to govern how it wants to run parking situations and providing notice to its tenants. Postings that are in the open and visible are best becasue it assure that their tenants have notice. Unless these things violate the lease you have, i would say that you have to deal with it.
