Not been paid

I was a vendor at a flea market in richmond
Indiana. The owners started having medical
issues in May 2017. Our contracts were you
got paid at the first of the month.
June most of the month they were closed, did
not open at all in July by july 9th I had
moved my stuff out. Asked to have the pay
they owed me that day. They refused. New Link Destination
ld me
it would be sent by registered mail after my
stuff was out of their store.
Other vendors have not even yet been granted
access to their belongings yet.
A few have been paid but most of us have yet
to see what they owe us on sales.
What can I do about this.

You can sue the owners for breach of contract / account stated.
Depending on the amount you are owed, you may be able to file your lawsuit in small claims court. Upon prevailing in the case, you can also recover court costs which include the court filing fee and process server fee.
