I had a contract with a reality company
to basically get a house ready for the
next tenant. I worked 7 days did my
quoted work and wasnt payed because it
wasnt to there liking.. can i sue for
my money

You can sue the company for breach of contract / account stated.
Your damages (monetary compensation you are seeking in your lawsuit) would be the amount you are owed.
You can file your lawsuit in small claims court.  In addition to the amount you are owed, upon prevailing in the case, you can recover court costs which include the court filing fee and process server fee.
