Not exactly sure what you are asking here, but I'll take a stab at it. It sounds like your parents both died without a will and their house was held in Joint Tenancy with two of the children. Upon your parents' passing, the house automatically goes to the two children who now become joint tenants with one another. You appear to be asking how the other 3 children can be brought in as additional owners. You'll need to change the title to add the others as additional joint tenants. I would suggest seeing a real estate attorney in your area who can handle that for you. Go to attorneypages.com or contact your local bar association for some names. It is not a huge matter and it should be done fairly easily.
