parking on are road at all we
lived there a 1and 1/2 years
before the neighbor said we cant
park there but there’s no signs
are we allowed if there’s nothing

No, they can't stop you from parking there unless there is no parking sign *from the town* making it a no parking zone, or unless that is actually a private road owned by them, in which case, they would control the parking. Otherwise, you can park there--they can request that you do not do so, but that's all it would be: a request. The have no legal authority over a public road.
