If my state now has no fault divorce but I am very religious and my beliefs and vows are sacred, can a court make me get a divorce?

Yes, a court can make you get divorced, if you spouse files for it. Divorce is governed by secular law, not by your faith's religious precepts; and you have no right to force your religous views on your spouse or compel him to stay married because of your faith.
