If my wife’s name is not on the mortgage or deed to my house and it gets foreclosed on, will effect her credit?

Under the laws of all states in this country the foreclosure of your unit will not have a negative effect upon your wife's credit since she is not on legal title to nor on the loan the the property you have written about. Only your credit will be affected in a negative manner.
