What to do if my wife’s ex-spouse is trying to get their child support obligation dropped to $30 a month?

Supposedley he’s on disability. He has not met the divorce decree stipulations in several months.

If your wife's "ex" is trying to reduce the child support amount he is obligated on, your spouse should consult with a family law attorney to oppose the motion as well as to give all other legal guidance needed as to the situation.
