If my wife and son found a syringe full of a dark red fluid in a bottle of shampo and I was woundering if there is anything we can do about this?

Foreign substances in bottles is really not as uncommon as one thinks.  But in order to make a case out of it you need to find out what the fluid in the syringe is and what affect it has on the shampoo and effect it had on those that used it. It may be worth a trip to ana ttorney for a free consultation. But you need to have an actual injury to sue.  Good luck.
