How serious is it if I have charged by cell phone bill to my wife’s account?
My wife and I have been married for 4 years and we have recently decided to get a divorce but we have not yet filed. She discovered that the last 7 months my cell phone bill was being charged to her own individual bank account. I offered to reimburse her for the money charged to her account but she claims she filed a police report and I have felony charges. Is this considered a felony and how serious of a felony would it be?

She is lying to you. You are married. If all that you did was to iink your phone to her bank account, it is meaningless. If you did something else, do not discuss it online in a public forum. Hire a lawyer tomorrow. You have family law and criminal law issues to discuss in a confidential setting. You have too much at risk to play games with her. Be smart.
