Is it legal: employers may verify medical conditions or treatment which is logically and reasonably germane, or related to, the job. A RA who drank to excess cannot be an RA. Given this occured on a Friday night at a party, a supposition that it was alcohol-related is reasonable, especially if people are claiming it was.. They can seek confirmation that the issue had nothing to do with alcholol.
