What to do if my son’s ex-girlfriend will not allow him to see his son?

He is not working and cannot afford a lawyer. He has tried legal services and they said there is a conflict of interest. What can be done?

I suggest that given your son's situation where he cannot afford legal assistance via the local legal aid clinic as to child visitation issues that he consult with the local county bar association or law school to see if there is a program with the two entities to afford low cost legal services to assist him.
