If my son is charged with 5 counts of cyber stalking, should he take a plea deal?
The prosecutor is offering him a plead on 2 counts of cyber stalking. He has not been indicted as of this date. He has been in jail since January of this year. The plead is for 20 years with 5 years to serve and the remaining 15 years suspended on 5 years PRS; $2,500 fine, $100 Crime Victims Fund; and court costs. Should he take the plead or should he wait until he is indicted?
