If my rental home is under foreclosure, am I still required to pay rent to the owner?
My landlord is just wasting my money on herself.

As long a landlord is on the title to the property, they are the legal owner and entitled to receive rent. What they do with it is no business of the tenant. Once title has passed to the bank, etc., then your landlord no longer owns the property so they no longer have the right to therental income. The bank will inform you of whom to pay after the property has been foreclosed on.
