MY QUESTION IS ABOUT BAIL?if bail is rejected from the lower court. but accepted by the high court.while police is not show the order to the agrieved
but show the accused party.so agrieved party did not attend the court. on what plea is to be taken against the order of bail accepted.

Huh? Police don't get involved in bail issues. This is between the public defender and prosecutor. If the defendent feels the public defender did not help, he or she can ask for an appeal but I am not sure based on what.
