What are my rights if my old apartment complex gave me a 60 day notice to leave but I turned around and gave them a 30 day notice and left?

My daughter’s godparents still live there and when I take her over to the godparent’s house, the management chases me off and says that they are going to call the police and have me arrested for trespassing. This makes it difficult for my daughter to see her godparents. Can hey have me arrested for trespassing Can I file civil harassment? Is there anything that can be done besides me not going on the property?

You don't state the reason for the original 60 day notice.  If it was due to a violation of the property rules, the complex may have cause to exclude you. If it was non-payment of rent, however, you might have some legal grounds to be present on the property.
