What to do if my neighbor is digging up our fence to replace it with what I have no idea?

She is not receptive to any conversation. As a matter of fact all she does is run into her house and slam the door when I try to speak with her about what she is doing. She is digging along my property and has absolutely dug into my side of the property. She had a server come and mark the property lines which she has now removed (although I have photos of the markings as of the day they were here). I need her to stop what she is doing. She is starting to destroy my foundation to my garage.
