If my neighbor has planted trees that will block my views in a couple of years and I’m afraid this will hurt my resale value significantly, what do I do?

Unless there are local ordinances that your neighbor is breaking - like that fences or trees can only be a certain height - or that one may not block your view, ther may be nothing you can do. The option would be to ask your neightbor to enter in to an agreement whereby they agree to give you an easement agreeing to never block your view. This would be a contract that you could enforce in court. Good luck.
