What to do if my mother passed away about a month ago without a Will and I am an only child?
I have to file a petition to say I am the executor of estate.To my knowledge she did not have a Will. How do I fill this form out correctly?

Please seek the assistance of a probate lawyer to properly take care of your mothjer's estate; the lawyer should be able to assist you in filing a small estate affidavit with a petition if the estate is less than 150K.
