How can a beneficiary get a copy of a Trust/Will?

My mother passed away 5 years ago and I am a beneficiary in her living Trust. My sister is the executor of her estate and I have asked for copies of the Will and Trust numerous times and have never been given copies. She has not given any documentation as to the details of the estate and has not distributed it. As a beneficiary am I entitled to these copies?

As a beneficiary, you are absolutely entitled to this documentation. Further, the executrix/trustee of the estate is responsible as a fiduciary to provide this documentation to you and to not waste assets.  Further, you should file a motion in the probate court to force this matter if you don't get a copy and possibly file a motion to remove her as executrix/trustee if she is not meeting her fiduciary obligations to beneficiaries and creditors.
