If my mom died and her name is the only one on the title to the house and car, what can be done to get it into my name?

I am so, so sorry for your loss. If your Mother died without a Will then you will nee to be appointed as the Adminsitrator of her estate.  The intestacy laws will govern distribution and all her children will share equally.  Once you are appointed then the house and car can be transferred but I would speak with an attorney on the matter given that the other beneficaires are minors.  Good luck.
