If my late mom and her boyfriend bought a mobile home together, do her adult children have a right to her part of the estate?

My mom recently passed away and there is no a Will.

Sorry to hear about your mom.

When there is no Will, the rules of intestate succession determine inheritance.  Intestate means dying without a Will.  Under intestate succession, if your mother had a surviving spouse, the surviving spouse would inherit her estate.  Since there is no surviving spouse, her share of the estate goes to her children and is divided equally among the surviving children.  If one of the children is deceased, but is survived by children (your mom's grandchildren), the grandchildren would inherit their deceased parent's share and that share would be divided equally among the grandchildren.
