It looks as though you were driving on a suspended license and then got pulled over for a DUI.  In that case, you are facing what are called "enhancements", that is the penalties for the offense will be harsher because of an additional factor, in this instance, driving on a suspended license.  Also, I don't know why your license was suspended; it was for a prior DUI that also enhances the penalty.  More than likely you are facing jail time.

Since I don't have all of the details, I've provided a link.  You can look up the penalty that fits your specific situation:  http://www.1800duilaws.com/arizona-dui-attorney/index.asp?state=AZ

Bottom line, you are in serious trouble here and need to consult with an attorney in your area who specializes in DUI defense.

For an Extreme DUI, that's a Blood Alcohol of .15 or more, the minimum mandatory sentence is 30 days in jail with 20 days suspended if you complete alcohol education; $250 fine plus 80% surcharge, plus $250 assemssment fee, plus other fees (usually around $750 total) Themaximum sentence is 6 months in jail, $2500 fine plus 80% surcharge and other fees; 3 years probation.  If you were driving with a suspended license already, you're probably not looking at the minimum here.
