My lease is up in my place of bus. and I would like to take the sink and vanity to my new place. I paid for the sink and vanity and installation

Nothing was there before I paid for everything, plumber, and all materials. The sink and vanity is located in small room in a office bldg.

In most states you're out of luck. But the most important question is does your lease allow you to remove it without "material injury to the premises." Does it allow you to remove improvements that you make?

But w/out that written agreement most jurisdictions might view a sink as a permanent fixture that cannot be removed.
