If your lease has a typographical error as to the date that the lease ends as written versus what was agreed to or is spelled out elsewhere in the written agreement, you can try to end your lease earlier but the chances of being successful is probably remote.
One possibility of ending your lease earlier than what you actually intended is to see if your landlord will voluntarily sign a release ending it earlier. Another possibility is for you to sub-lease the rental to another person with the expectation that the new tenant will honor the terms of the balance of the lease you have.
