What are my rights of my landlord is kicking me out with no notice?

He has rented my place to some one else already what are my options? My wife is pregnant and I don’t want to rush to find a place now. However, he wants me out by tomorrow and he won’t take this month’s rent.

He should have given you at least a 30 day notice to move out if this is a month to month lease.
