You may not be able to do anything. Insurance obtained through your employer is typically only cancelable (or otherwise changeable) either--
1) During the open enrollment period; or
2) If there were certain defined life changes--for example, if you were married and now are divorced, you could change a family health insurance plan to single coverage; or
3) If the policy otherwise provides for cancellation under certain circumstances, and those circumstances apply.
You should check all plan or policy documents, to see if you can cancel under the circumstances in which you find yourself; otherwise, you may be obligated until the next open enrollment period.
