If my husband wants a divorce and I am due to give birth in 7 weeks, can he kick me out of the house?
My husband wants a divorce and has asked me to leave the house immediately. I have no where to go. I have no friends or family within a 4 hour drive, and I am due to give birth in 6 weeks. It is completely his house that he purchased prior to us being married. I moved to this area to be with him, and I have no where to go. I have a high risk pregnancy and need to see my doctors twice a week. Can he really put me out of the house?

No, he has no right to make you leave your home. The court will not make you leave either. If he takes any physical action to try to force you out of the house, I would recommend you seek a temporary restraining order.
