The way to evict your husband from your land is to serve him with a thrity (30) day notice of termination of his lease. If he does not vacate in the thirty (30) day time period you will need to serve him with an unlawful detainer lawsuit to evict him. Should matters get to that stage you need to consult with a landlord tenant attorney for assistance.
