I am so sorry for your situation. I am sure that you have legal rights in this situation but it is difficult to determine what they are with out knowing a little more here. Is the house the marital hiome and was it purchased during the marriage? Then it is marital property. Are there children? Are they young? How long have you been married? I would strongly suggtest that you seek help in filing for exclusive use and occupancy pending the divorce. Good luck.
