If my husband has been falsely accused of molesting his 9 year old daughter, what should our next steps be in this situation?
As of right now there are no formal charges just allegations.

The first thing that you need to do ASAP is to consult with a criminal law attorney. This is a serious allegation. If charged and convicred, your husband is potentially looking at lenghty jail time, not to mention having to live with this on his record for the rest of his life.
Additionally, he should not speak with the police without having his attorney present. The police are trained in getting suspects to make incriminating statements, so having legal counsel at any type of questioning (even at your home) is critical.
