If my husband and I are getting a divorce, is there a legal document that I can sign to release me of the mortgage payments and turn the home over to him?

We have a home that we are paying a mortgage payment on. He does not want to sell it.

What you are proposing is a very dangerous scenario for you financially which can cause you grief down the road.  Although you and your husband can come to an agreement the bank is not bound by it.  You will still be listed on the mortgage nd obligated to pay should he default.  Please seek legal help on your options here.  Good luck.
