Neither one of us wants child support. We have agreed upon everything and just want to be divorced while still working together to take care of our daughter.

Child support is not mandatory.  If you can agree on everything, you may not even need to involve lawyers.  Or you can attend a do-it-yourself divorce workshop at a law firm that offers that.  If you agree on shared custody without child support for either parent, that should be what the court grants.
