Have you received any notice at all from the bank? Like a 3 day notice posted on your door? It is my understanding that a tenant has 60 days to vacate in CA if the home was foreclosed upon and they are considered a tenant in sufference. If you do not leave they will file a summary proceeding for eviction and to enter the premises. Once obtained an order to reenter will be executed by the Marshall. Best to leave now. Good luck.
