My house sold at auction last month, when do I have to move out?
If I had not gone to the auction I still would not have known my house sold.

Assuming you lost your home in a foreclosure you will not have to move out until the new owner seeks your removal either through a voluntary basis or an eviction process. Given the fact that you are no longer on legal title to the property you once owned, I suggest that you start getting your belongings in order for a move that could happen in the next 30 days or so.
