What to do if my great-grandmother died left her house to her daughter but her daughter died and didn’t leave a Will?

There are 7 grandchildren left and the property is still listed in my great-grandmother’s name. What do the siblings need to do to get the property in their name?

When a person does with put a will they are said to have died intestate. When that happens the family looks to the intestacy laws in the state for distribution. I am assuming her daughter was your mother and the 7 are her children, correct? They will most likely share equally but the house has to go through probate. Get help. Good luck.
