What to do if my grandfather died years ago but no estate was done?
My uncle lived there until his recent passing. His widow is saying we can’t come on the property. Since she is not landowner, can she do that?

The details of ownership and family matters will help govern the guidance given here. I would obtain help from an attorney in your area as soon as you can. Did your grandfather have a will or die with out a WIll (intestate)? Are you a child of a pre-deaceased or post deceased child? You need to open a probate proceeding for your grandfather's estate asap. Once some one is appointed as the personal representative then they can act. Good luck.
