If my fiance’s mother is a Chinese citizen and was denied a non-immigrant visa needed to attend our wedding, what else can I do to ensure that she receives her visa the next time she applies?

I have already written her a letter of invitation.

It is quite difficult to obtain a non-immigrant visa for some reason.  I have known quite a few Chinese nationals who were denie entry into the U.S.  At this point, you may wish to hire an immigration attorney to determine a better method to approach a new application.
