If my fiancée has been accused of theft and our case is currently at the district attorney’s office, can we relocate to a different state for work purposes?

As long as we notify the district attorney’s office an update our address? She has not been arrested of detained for any reasons.

WHen you say "accused" what do you mean?  Indicted?  Charged? If so, then it would not be advisable to leave the state.  It looks like you are trying to flee prosecution.  It may even appear that way if you have not been charged.  I would strongly suggest you seek legal help in your area about this matter in general and specifically if you intend to relocate.
