If my father recently passed away 18 days ago but he never listed anyone on his beneficiary, what do I need to do to get access to his bank accounts?

I have tried customer service, went to the bank and I went to our law library.

I am so sorry for your loss.  In order to access his bank accounts you are going to have to have some authority from the Probate Court in the county in which he resided at the time of his death.  Depending on the size of the estate you may be able to do a small estate proceeding.  The Probate Court is the best resource for you.  Good luck.
