If my father has died 2 years ago and had a Will in which I was left 4 acres of land but I have not received a deed to it yet, what can I do?

The executor is my brother. It is more beneficiaries listed on the will they want there part also. There are no liens to this property.

I am so sorry for your loss.  First, you have a right to ask your brother what the status of the estate is and how close he is to distribution.  You can also ask formally for "an accounting."  You can also go and review the estate file as it is a public record.  Understand, though, that when a state is fairly large and there are a lot of beneficiaries it can take a long time to distribute.  Good luck.
